My Story
Built Inside A Military Life.
Just Like Yours.
The summer before my senior year of high school, I weighed 118 lbs. I got my heart broken — a girl I was dating ghosted me without a word. That moment hit differently. It wasn't just about her. It was about feeling invisible, overlooked, and like I simply didn't matter.
I made a decision that summer that I was never going to feel that way again. Not a wish. Not a hope. A decision.
By the time I graduated in 2019 and joined the United States Navy, I had already put on over 20 lbs. I walked in at 140 lbs — and I was just getting started.
Here's what I want you to understand: I built this body while serving on active duty. I trained on four hours of sleep. I figured out how to eat right on a military schedule and still make progress. I competed on stage, built a coaching business, and showed up every single day — not because my schedule was easy, but because I refused to let my schedule be an excuse. If you're juggling a military career, a family, and everything life stacks on top — I get it. I've been there. And I'm telling you it's possible.
By 2025, I hit 250 lbs in my off-season — the heaviest I've ever been in a bodybuilding bulk. That's not a stage weight. That's what years of consistent, disciplined, purposeful work looks like when you refuse to stop.
Along the way, I helped dozens of men in my life transform their bodies — for free — because I knew exactly what they were going through. Men who served. Men who sacrificed. Men who gave everything to their mission and their family and had nothing left for themselves. I knew what it took to change that. And I realized this was what I was meant to do.
That's why I built Be Uncommon Fitness Coaching. For the man who has spent years serving everyone else and is finally ready to build a body that reflects the warrior he already is inside — no matter how full his life already is.
The Summer That Changed Everything

250 lbs & Be Uncommon Is Born
Heaviest I've ever been in an off-season. Coaching men full-time.
I didn't build this body because my life was easy. I built it because I decided that my life being hard wasn't going to be an excuse anymore. Whatever it takes — that's not a slogan. That's how I live.
